Job Description:-
As a Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distribution networks, and leading the regional sales team. You will ensure that regional targets are achieved through effective dealer management, team leadership, market expansion, and timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
Drive market penetration in untapped districts and cities.
Conduct regular market visits and ensure visibility and branding.
Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
Track competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product teams for seamless operations.
Submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.

Graduate
