Role Overview: The organization seeks an experienced B2B Area Sales Executive to lead sales and build a strong retail network in Vadodara. The company handles all production and delivery, allowing the executive to focus entirely on market expansion.
Annual CTC: Up to ₹4,20,000 (Fixed + Allowances + Incentives).
Performance & Growth: Salary and allowances are reviewed after the first quarter. Consistent target achievement unlocks higher earning slabs with no upper limit.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly volume targets to drive retail growth in Vadodara.
Market Expansion: Identify and acquire new B2B clients, converting prospects into active buyers.
Customer Development: Execute daily field visits to sweet shops, farsan shops, dairy parlours, and caterers to generate orders and expand accounts.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end process from lead generation and demonstration to order confirmation.
Pipeline Follow-Up: Track prospects and maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule to ensure high conversion.
Payment Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with the advance payment policy. Credit sales are strictly prohibited.
Data Management: Build a verified database (name, contact, photo, address) for every retail visit.
Reporting: Submit accurate daily reports of visits, orders, and payments to management.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 3 to 6 years in B2B field sales (FMCG or dairy background preferred).
Location & Mobility: Vadodara resident with a mandatory two-wheeler and valid licence (Petrol allowance ) will be discussed during the interview).
Skills: Strong Hindi communication and knowledge of the local food and dairy retail market.
Essentials: Self-motivated, strictly disciplined with daily reporting, and equipped with a basic smartphone & Internet.
Work Hours & Flexibility: The company offers full flexibility in structuring the workday. Provided that daily visit quotas are met, sales targets are achieved, and reporting is submitted on time, the executive manages their own schedule.
