Job Role:
8–12 months of practical training in Sales, HR, Finance & Operations.
After successful completion of training, get promoted to the role of Area Manager based on performance.
Recruit, guide, and manage a team of 10-15 People.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and submit basic work reports.
