Job Summary
The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing security operations at multiple client locations, ensuring proper deployment of security personnel, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise security guards and site supervisors.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
Ensure proper staffing and attendance at all locations.
Handle client complaints and maintain good client relationships.
Monitor discipline, performance, and training of security personnel.
Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
Coordinate recruitment and manpower replacement when required.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
3-6 years of experience in security operations or facility management.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Job Location
Field-based role involving regular travel within the assigned area.
