Job Summary

The Area Field Executive is responsible for increasing sales, developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers. The role requires regular market visits, competitor analysis, and execution of sales strategies to achieve monthly business targets. S

Key Responsibilities

• Visit to our franchisee & our outlets.

• Generate new retail outlets and increase product distribution.

• Develop new business opportunities for cakes, pastries, cookies, patties, and bakery products.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Collect orders and coordinate with the dispatch team for timely deliveries.

• Ensure proper product display and visibility at retail outlets.

• Monitor stock availability and prevent stock-outs.

• Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, promotions, and new product launches.

• Identify potential franchise opportunities and generate qualified leads.

• Follow up on outstanding payments as per company policy.

• Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Weekly Reports, and Monthly Reports.

• Resolve customer complaints in coordination with the customer service and production teams.

• Participate in promotional activities, product sampling, and marketing campaigns.

• Ensure maximum market coverage according to the assigned route plan.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.

• 1–3 years of FMCG, Bakery, Food, or Beverage sales experience.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from the Bakery, Cake, Biscuit, Dairy, Confectionery, FMCG, or Food Industry will be given preference.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
