Area Business Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

   • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

   • Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

   • Work closely with the sales team to improve sales effectiveness.

2. Team Management

   • Recruit, train, and manage Medical Representatives (MRs) or Sales Executives.

   • Provide coaching and support to enhance team performance.

   • Monitor the productivity and activity of the sales team.

3. Customer Relationship Management

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.

   • Organize meetings, conferences, and product presentations.

   • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues.
