Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve sales effectiveness.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage Medical Representatives (MRs) or Sales Executives.
- Provide coaching and support to enhance team performance.
- Monitor the productivity and activity of the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and product presentations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues.
