Job Responsibilities:

Review and follow-up on unpaid medical claims.

Call insurance companies to check claim status and resolve denials.

Document and update call details and claim status in the system.

Work on rejections and underpayments.

Meet daily productivity and quality standards.

Key Skills:

Good communication skills (English – verbal & written).

Strong knowledge of insurance policies (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial).

Familiarity with ICANotes for documentation and EHR navigation.
