Salary Range: 3,00,000 – 4,00,000 per annum

Role Overview: The After Sales Head will lead service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage installations and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead service team and manage schedules
• Ensure timely installation and commissioning
• Handle customer issues and provide solutions
• Maintain reports and service documentation
• Coordinate spare parts and improve processes

Required Qualifications:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 4–7 years of experience in after-sales/service
