Affiliate Manager

Location: Lucknow (On-site)

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-driven Affiliate Manager to manage, expand, and optimize affiliate partnerships across CPA, CPL, and CPS campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in affiliate networks, and the ability to scale high-quality traffic while maintaining ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate publishers & partners

• Handle CPA / CPL / CPS performance campaigns

• Monitor affiliate performance, conversions, fraud, and ROI

• Optimize offers, payouts, and traffic sources for better results

• Coordinate with advertisers and internal teams for campaign scaling

• Ensure compliance with brand and network guidelines

• Generate weekly & monthly performance reports

• Maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliates

• Identify new growth opportunities and trending traffic sources

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing

• Strong knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPS models

• Experience with affiliate networks, tracking tools & dashboards

• Understanding of traffic sources (Display, Native, Search, Social)

• Good negotiation & communication skills

• Analytical mindset with performance optimization ability

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Finance, Insurance, Education, E-commerce, Utilities

• Knowledge of fraud detection & lead validation

• Prior experience with direct advertisers & publishers

• Ability to work independently and meet targets
