About the Role
Will2Skill Technologies is looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Education Sales Counselor to help professionals and students identify the right certification and training programs for their career growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counseling, and sales skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
Understand candidates' educational background, career objectives, and training requirements.
Recommend suitable certification and training programs based on customer needs.
Explain course details, certification benefits, schedules, and fee structures.
Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM systems.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate with trainers and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
Follow up on pending leads, admissions, and payment collections.
Stay updated on industry certifications, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in Education Counseling, EdTech Sales, Training Sales, or Inside Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Additional regional language proficiency is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience selling professional certifications such as PMP®, CISA®, CISM®, CISSP®, AWS, Azure, Databricks, ISACA, IAPP, and related programs.
Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting, email marketing, and lead nurturing.
Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
