About the Role
Right Hire Consulting Services is looking for dynamic, ambitious, and target-driven Academic Counsellors to help students and working professionals choose the right IT certification and training programs.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, counselling prospects, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Counsel prospective students regarding IT certification and training programs.
• Convert inquiries into admissions through:
• Phone calls
• Emails
• WhatsApp communication
• Office meetings and walk-ins
• Online consultations
Achieve a monthly admission target of 30 enrollments.
• Handle leads provided by the company and actively generate new leads through:
• Social Media Platforms
• Referrals
• Networking Activities
• Educational Communities
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
• Explain course curriculum, career opportunities, certification benefits, fees, and payment options.
• Maintain lead records and daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for successful onboarding.

Compensation & Incentives
Fixed Salary
₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
