We're expanding and looking for a seasoned Admission Counsellor who has hands-on experience with online higher education products. If you understand student needs, can clearly explain online learning models, and have a proven track record in enrolment conversion—this role is for you.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students via phone, email, and chat for online UG, PG, and certification programs

• Understand student goals and recommend suitable courses

• Manage the complete admission funnel: lead qualification, counselling, follow-ups, and closure

• Maintain data accuracy in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups

• Collaborate with marketing and academics to provide feedback and insights

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in admission counselling for online UG, PG, or EdTech courses

• Strong understanding of the online education ecosystem

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets

• Tech-savvy with CRM and communication tools
