Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing accurate information about programs, and ensuring a smooth and positive enrolment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries (via phone, email, walk-ins, or online platforms) from prospective students and parents.

• Counsel students on program selection, eligibility, career paths, and admission procedures.

• Provide detailed information on courses, fees, structure, and other academic aspects.

• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline from inquiry to admission.

• Assist students with application and enrolment processes, including documentation and financial aid if applicable.

• Organize and participate in admission events such as seminars, open houses, and school visits.

• Maintain and update student records in CRM systems or admission databases.

• Collaborate with marketing and academic departments to support student recruitment strategies.

• Achieve assigned admission targets within stipulated timelines.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
