Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding various courses and career opportunities.
Convert walk-in, telephonic, website, and digital leads into admissions.
Conduct follow-up calls and maintain a healthy lead conversion ratio.
Explain course offerings, fee structure, scholarships, and admission process.
Coordinate seminars, webinars, counselling sessions, and promotional events.
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain CRM records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.
Handle enquiries professionally through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Eligibility
MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.
Graduate candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in the education/coaching/EdTech industry is mandatory.
Female candidates will be preferred.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Strong counselling and sales aptitude.
Convincing and negotiation skills.
Customer relationship management.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
