Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students about IT and Computer Science training programs such as Data Science, Python Programming, Web Development, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and more.
Guide students and parents through the course selection, eligibility, and admission process based on their career goals and academic background.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to follow up with leads and inquiries.
Convert leads into successful admissions through effective communication and persuasion.
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems regularly.
Coordinate with the training and support teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly admission and counseling targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: BCA or BTech CS/IT).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong convincing ability and a student-centric approach.
Basic understanding of IT and CS career trends is a plus.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
