Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students about IT and Computer Science training programs such as Data Science, Python Programming, Web Development, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and more.

• Guide students and parents through the course selection, eligibility, and admission process based on their career goals and academic background.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to follow up with leads and inquiries.

• Convert leads into successful admissions through effective communication and persuasion.

• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems regularly.

• Coordinate with the training and support teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.

• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly admission and counseling targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: BCA or BTech CS/IT).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong convincing ability and a student-centric approach.

• Basic understanding of IT and CS career trends is a plus.

• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
