Admission Counsellor

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide and assist students in pursuing higher education abroad. The role involves understanding students’ academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial capabilities to provide the best possible guidance for admission to international universities and colleges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding study options in countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.

• Assess students’ academic and financial profiles to recommend suitable courses and institutions.

• Guide students through the complete admission process – applications, documentation, SOPs, LORs, and university requirements.

• Provide information about entrance exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, etc.

• Coordinate with universities/colleges for application status, admissions, and offers.

• Assist students with visa filing, interview preparation, and related formalities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, preferably in the overseas education sector.

• Strong knowledge of international education systems and admission procedures.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with attention to detail.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
