Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company’s services/products.

• Handle inbound queries professionally and convert them into leads.

• Follow up on existing leads and maintain regular contact.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

• Provide proper information to customers and resolve basic inquiries.

• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for further closures or meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate.

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English).

• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
