Location: Greater Noida West (Near Gaur City Chowk)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)

## Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to guide prospective students and parents throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counseling skills, be target-oriented, and ensure a seamless admission experience from inquiry to enrollment.

## Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.

• Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-in visits.

• Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and student information.

• Assist in organizing admission drives, seminars, career counseling sessions, and campus visits.

• Review student applications and conduct initial counseling sessions.

• Verify application details and follow up for missing documents or discrepancies.

• Ensure smooth admission, enrollment, and documentation processes.

• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to provide a positive admission experience.

## Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong counseling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.

• Good presentation and customer service skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, and Excel).

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

## Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree (Education, Healthcare, or a related field preferred).

• Basic knowledge of paramedical education will be an added advantage.
