Job Summary:
The Admission Officer is responsible for counseling students and parents, driving enrollments, and
ensuring a smooth admission process. The role requires strong communication skills, a
student-centric approach, and the ability to meet admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, curriculum, fee structure, and admission
procedures.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads efficiently.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions by following up consistently.
- Maintain accurate student data and admission records.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and admission drives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA or relevant degree preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in admissions, sales, or counseling roles (education sector preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and build rapport with students and parents.
- Target-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
