Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new client opportunities in the market.

• Handle walk-in, call, and online enquiries with accurate course information.

• Counsel students and parents on program selection and academic pathways.

• Manage lead follow-ups and convert enquiries into admissions.

• Maintain updated records of enquiries, follow-up, and conversions in CRM.

• Assist students with the application, fee process, and document submission.

• Coordinate with faculty and admin for smooth onboarding.

• Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and outreach activities.
