Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a Admission Counsellor to join our team at Quantean. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹28000 - ₹ 34000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle walk-in, call, and online enquiries with accurate course information.

2. Counsel students and parents on program selection and academic pathways.

3. Manage lead follow-ups and convert enquiries into admissions.

4. Maintain updated records of enquiries, follow-up, and conversions in CRM.

5. Assist students with application, fee process, and document submission.

6. Coordinate with faculty and admin for smooth onboarding.

7. Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and outreach activities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
