About the role
Convert inquiries into enrolments by counselling prospects, running demos, and managing leads in the CRM. Meet daily/weekly targets, maintain high-quality interactions, and support outreach activities.
Key responsibilities
Contact, qualify, and convert inbound/outbound leads; close admissions within 3–7 days.
Conduct counselling sessions and program demos; resolve queries and guide payment/documentation.
Maintain 100% CRM updates, accurate data entry, and timely follow-ups.
Support campus drives, webinars, referrals, and alumni outreach.
Report daily activity, participate in review meetings, and improve personal conversion metrics.
KPIs
CRM compliance >95%, fresh leads contacted within TAT.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly enrolment targets.
Maintain demo-to-enrolment conversion ratio and attendance >90%.
Qualifications & experience
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s a plus.
0-2 years in admissions, counselling, sales, or the education sector preferred.
Skills
Strong communication, counselling, and objection handling.
CRM proficiency, basic Excel, target-oriented, team player.
