Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor / Sales Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding prospective students and converting inquiries into admissions. The candidate should have strong communication and sales skills with the ability to explain courses and career opportunities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and program benefits.
Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or Excel.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management and campaigns.
Conduct campus tours and explain facilities to prospective students.
Maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong sales and negotiation ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Qualification
Graduate in any field (Marketing, Business, or Communication preferred).
Experience in Education Counselling / Tele-Sales / Inside Sales is an advantage
