Position: Admission Counselor
Location: Noida
Experience: 1–4 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with prospective students.
Convert leads into successful admissions by understanding their requirements.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for a smooth admission process.

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Inside Sales, Telecalling, BPO, or Sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Candidates with experience in the education/EdTech industry will be preferred.
