Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team at our Dadar branch. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education and student guidance, with a proven ability to convert inquiries into successful admissions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle student inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and follow-ups

• Counsel students regarding course offerings, career paths, and admission procedures

• Provide detailed information on eligibility, admission process, and payment plans

• Convert leads into confirmed admissions by guiding students and parents effectively

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-up schedules

• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding of students

• Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional events as needed

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in counseling/admissions/sales (education industry preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Target-driven with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
