Key Responsibilities

front-Line Counseling: Act as the first point of contact for walk-in parents and students. Understand their academic background (8th–12th grade) and career aspirations to recommend the appropriate coaching program.
Lead Management: Handle inbound phone inquiries, make outbound calls to prospective leads, and maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule to ensure high conversion rates.
Program Explanation: Clearly explain course structures, faculty expertise, batch timings, fee structures, and the specific advantages of your JEE, NEET, and board exam curricula.
Parent Relationship Management: Address parental anxieties regarding competitive exams. Provide realistic, empathetic, and encouraging guidance.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate daily records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in your database. Assist with the enrollment paperwork and fee collection process.
Marketing Support: Provide feedback on which local marketing channels (flyers, social media, word-of-mouth) are driving the most walk-ins to the center.
