Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle admission inquiries from parents via phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins & email

• Provide accurate information about school programs, curriculum, fees, transport, facilities, etc.

• Schedule and conduct campus tours / school visits for parents

• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a complete record of inquiries

• Guide parents in filling admission forms and documentation

• Maintain student database and follow-up tracker (Excel / CRM)

• Achieve monthly admission targets set by the management

• Participate in school events, open houses, and promotional activities

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication in English & local language (Marathi/Hindi preferred)

• Confident while speaking with parents and presenting school details

• Good knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Email drafting

• Ability to handle pressure and meet monthly admission targets

• Pleasant personality, customer-service mindset, patience

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Education: Graduate with good communication skills

• Experience: 1–3 years in counseling /education industry (preferred)
