Job Description

MGrow is looking for passionate and result-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our growing team. If you have experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, or EdTech Sales, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Details:

Role: Admission Counsellor
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years
Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents about academic programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with leads.
Convert inquiries into successful admissions.
Guide students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records and achieve admission targets.

Requirements:

✔ 6 Months–3 Years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, or EdTech Sales.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
✔ Target-driven with a positive attitude.
