Admission Counsellor

We are seeking a confident and professional Admission Counsellor with excellent English communication skills and experience in international calling. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students who aspire to study abroad (Singapore and other international destinations), managing the admission process, and maintaining strong communication with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on overseas education opportunities, admission procedures, and career options.

Make international calls to prospective students and provide accurate information about colleges and programs.

Maintain strong follow-up with leads and ensure timely admissions.

Build and maintain relationships with international colleges/universities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing.

Meet admission and enrollment targets.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or related field preferred).

Fluent English (spoken & written) is mandatory.

Experience in international calling / overseas admissions counselling preferred.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).

Ability to handle student/parent queries with professionalism.
