Admission Counsellor cum Social Media Handler

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor cum Social Media Handler who can manage student admissions as well as handle our social media presence effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Admission Counsellor Duties:

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, eligibility, and career options

• Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, emails, and online leads

• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions

• Maintain student records and admission data

• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams

• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets

Social Media Handling Duties:

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)

• Create and post engaging content related to courses, events, and admissions

• Respond to messages, comments, and enquiries on social platforms

• Generate leads through social media campaigns

• Plan basic promotional strategies for online marketing

• Track engagement and help improve online visibility

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation preferred (any stream)

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi; local language is a plus)

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms

• Pleasant personality with counselling skills

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)

Experience:

• Freshers can apply

• Experience in admissions, counselling, or social media handling will be an advantage

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
