We Are Hiring | Admission Counsellor

KAPS Consultancy is looking for a motivated and result-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting prospective students throughout the admission process, converting leads into enrollments, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

📍 Location: Gurgaon Candidates Preferred Only (Sector 47 & Sector 37D )

💼 Employment Type: Full-time

🎓 Experience: 1–3 Years

💰 Salary: 2.5 LPA – 4 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in admission inquiries

• Guide students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures

• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful admissions

• Maintain and update student records and CRM data regularly

• Provide accurate details about programs, fee structure, and schedules

• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless admission processing

• Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets

• Participate in seminars, admission drives, and promotional events
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BBA/MBA in any stream (Marketing or Business preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines

• Preferred Skills

• Interest in working with the Ed-Tech industry

• Sales or tele-calling experience will be an added advantage

• Customer handling experience preferred
