Role Overview

JIFSA Education and Technical Services Pvt. Ltd., a leading institute offering Fire & Safety and technical education programs, is looking for a Placement Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong connections with industry partners and supporting our students in securing the best career opportunities.

We are seeking someone who has good communication skills, sound knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word, and the ability to coordinate effectively with company HRs and recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with company HRs and recruiters for student placements.

• Organize campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement-related events.

• Maintain and update student placement records and company databases using MS Excel & MS Word.

• Guide and train students in resume building, interview preparation, and communication skills.

• Prepare MIS reports on placement progress and share with management.

• Coordinate with academic departments to enhance student employability.

• Ensure smooth execution of all placement-related activities.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in HR/Marketing preferred)

• Experience: 0–2 years in placement, recruitment, or corporate relations (Education/Training background preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to achieve placement targets within timelines

• Male candidates preferred

• Candidate may need to travel short distances

• Local candidates from Korba will be preferred

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience and skills)
