Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a daily tracker of all leads and follow up regularly at strategic intervals.
Respond to incoming enquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Counsel prospective students and parents on course offerings, eligibility, and career outcomes.
Convert leads into admissions by building trust and providing accurate information.
Coordinate with tele callers to ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
Liaise with admitted students for documentation, onboarding, and orientation processes.
Ensure timely follow-up on fee payments and maintain fee collection records.
Meet monthly admission targets with a strong focus on conversion ratio.
Provide regular updates to the management team on lead status, admissions pipeline, and challenges.
