Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, understanding their career goals, and helping them choose the right course.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.

• Explain courses, eligibility, fees, career outcomes, and admission procedures.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of student data and communication.

• Provide career counseling to students based on their academic background and interests.

• Coordinate with trainers and the admin team regarding class schedules and student needs.

• Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and admission drives.

• Work towards achieving monthly admission targets.

• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward students and parents.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi mandatory).

• Confidence in speaking over phone and in-person counseling.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer usage.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any stream (Education or Counseling background is a plus).

• Prior experience in counseling, education, or sales is an advantage.
