Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for student inquiries

Provide detailed information about courses, fees, duration, and career prospects

Follow up on leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails

Counsel students/parents and assist them in making informed education decisions

Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow-ups using CRM or Excel

Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets

Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth operations

Participate in events, seminars, and outreach activities

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi)

Strong interpersonal and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools
