Key Responsibilities:
Student Engagement: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to generate leads and provide information about French language courses
Counseling: Offer detailed guidance on French language courses, eligibility, fees, career options, and institutional values.
Enrollment Process: Assist students with applications, documentation, and the entire admission process.
Lead Conversion: Follow up with candidates via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert them into enrolled students.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and enrollments.
Data Management: Maintain and update student interaction data in CRM systems accurately.
Coordination: Work with academic and admissions departments for seamless student onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Sales & Customer Service: Goal-oriented with a customer-centric approach, able to handle pressure and rejection.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
Education: Bachelor's degree (education background a plus).
Experience: Experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales (especially in education/EdTech) is often preferred.
