Job Title: Junior Marketing & Admissions Operations Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Marketing & Admissions Operations Executive to manage CRM operations, admission funnel tracking, and reporting. The role will play a key part in ensuring smooth coordination between schools and central teams while maintaining data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. LeadSquared (CRM) Management – Core Responsibility

• Monitor and maintain daily lead hygiene in LeadSquared (LSQ)

• Ensure proper lead stage movement as per the defined admission funnel

• Support schools in resolving LSQ-related operational issues

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management

2. Admissions Funnel & Data Tracking

• Track the complete admissions funnel across all schools:
  Fresh → Walk-in → Application → Admission

• Ensure accurate tracking and visibility at each stage

3. Reporting & Dashboards

• Prepare and maintain key reports, including:

  • Daily Admissions Tracker

  • Weekly DECWAT & Funnel Reports

• Ensure data consistency and accuracy between:

  • LeadSquared system

  • School-shared data

• Maintain standardized data processes across all schools

4. Coordination with Schools & Central Teams

• Act as a point of contact between schools and internal teams

• Ensure smooth communication and issue resolution

5. Campaign & Activity Support

• Track execution of admission-related campaigns, events, and activities

• Monitor data collection and ensure timely LSQ updates

• Visit schools or event venues when required

Required Skills & Competencies

Must-Have Skills

• Strong working knowledge of LeadSquared or any CRM (Mandatory)

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including:

  • VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP

  • Pivot Tables

  • Data Validation

  • Basic Dashboard Creation

• Strong data management and reporting skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in:

  • CRM Operations

  • Sales Support / Admissions Support

  • Marketing Operations

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
