Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
Counsel prospective students about online certification programs and career opportunities in the event industry.
Explain course structure, learning outcomes, certifications, mentorship, internships, and placement support.
Understand candidates' educational background, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
Conduct virtual counseling sessions and webinars for prospective students.
Follow up with leads regularly and manage the complete admission cycle.
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM systems.
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to support online admission campaigns.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled learners.
Required Skills

Confidence in conducting virtual consultations and presentations.
Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, and MS Office.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Education Sales, EdTech, Inside Sales, or Career Counseling.
Experience selling online courses or certification programs is preferred.
Freshers with outstanding communication skills may also be considered.
