Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admissions process for our paramedical courses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a student-centric approach, and the ability to achieve enrollment targets.

Salary Bracket: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on course offerings, career opportunities, and admission procedures

• Handle inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and local outreach activities

• Follow up with leads and maintain a student database

• Assist in organizing admission drives, seminars, and community events

• Ensure a smooth enrollment and documentation process

• Review prospective student applications and conduct interviews

• Follow up with students to resolve application issues, discrepancies, or missing information

• Drive admissions to achieve monthly targets set by the center head/franchise partner

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Healthcare, or related field)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the education industry (admissions/counselling preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly admission targets

• Basic knowledge of paramedical/healthcare education will be an added advantage
