Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Computer Educational Counsellor who will guide students in choosing the right career path in the field of IT and Computer Education. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students about courses like Data Analytics, Data Science, Full Stack Development (Java/.NET), BCA/MCA guidance, and other professional programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding various computer courses and career opportunities
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads
Explain course details, fees, duration, and career scope
Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets
Maintain student database and follow-ups
Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth admission process
Conduct seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions

Support students throughout the enrollment process

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Basic knowledge of computer courses (Data Analytics, Python, SQL, etc.)
Ability to work on CRM or Excel for data management
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Good presentation skills
