Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and articulate Admission Counselor to engage with inbound leads generated through our marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to engage with customers effectively.
The role involves reaching out to prospects, qualifying their intent and readiness, and capturing structured insights.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound 120+ calls daily to assess prospect interest, intent, and readiness to proceed.
Generate leads through cold calling Capture and document key qualification details in a structured format.
Follow defined calling, qualification, and reporting processes Meet daily/weekly outreach and qualification targets.
Requirements:
Sales mindset with a proven lead conversion record.
Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
Database Management for the leads coming for inquiry.
