Key Responsibilities
Engage prospective students via inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels to counsel them on NMIMS online MBA / BBA programs
Qualify leads based on eligibility, need, timeline, and readiness
Fully explain program structure, curriculum, faculty, fee structure, admission process, placement support, ROI, etc.
Address objections, provide clarity, and build trust
Maintain regular follow-ups and manage lead nurturing until conversion
Achieve monthly / quarterly enrolment / revenue targets
Use and update CRM rigorously (lead status, notes, follow-ups, disposition)
Generate reports and dashboards to track performance, conversion rates, drop-offs, etc.
Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation and messaging
Liaise with NMIMS’s admissions / academic / operations team for documentation, approvals, queries, and escalations
Suggest process improvements to enhance conversion rates and student experience
Mentor junior counsellors (if applicable)
