Position Overview

We are looking for a Female Admission Counselor who is confident, well-spoken, and passionate about guiding students toward their career goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to convert leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries.

• Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and career opportunities.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.

• Convert leads into enrollments to achieve monthly admission targets.

• Keep accurate student data and update admission records.

• Work closely with the marketing and academic teams for student onboarding.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Confident, result-oriented, and good at convincing students.

• Experience in counselling, telecalling, or education sales will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
