Job Description

As an Admission Counsellor your roles and responsibilities will include:


  • Make outgoing calls to prospective students.
  • Clearly explain the benefits and features of our spoken English programs, highlighting how they can address students' needs.
  • Schedule appointments for interested students to attend a free counselling session or demo class.
  • Follow up with interested candidates.
  • Motivate & convince candidates to join the course best suited for them.
  • Maintain accurate records of your calls and interactions with potential students in our CRM system.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout all phone interactions.

  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Ability to communicate clearly and ability to motivate.
  • Punctuality and ownership.

  • Proven track record in a sales/business development role.
