About the Role

We are looking for motivated, dynamic, and target-oriented Education Counselors & Tele-callers to join our team in Sector 2, Noida. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring students, helping them choose the right management programs and guiding them through their admission journey.

Key Responsibilities

Student Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and present our management programs clearly and effectively.

Counseling & Guidance: Resolve student queries regarding course details, curriculum, fees, and career prospects; guide them step-by-step through the admission process.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly outbound calling targets and enrollment quotas.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses in the system.

Relationship Building: Establish trust and rapport with prospective students and parents to ensure high conversion rates.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Education: Minimum Graduate

Experience: Open to Freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or academic counseling.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in both Hindi and English with a confident, persuasive tone.

Attributes: Active listener, patient, target-driven, and capable of handling objections gracefully.
