Admission Counsellor

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor Inside Sales to join our growing team. You will play a key role in engaging prospective students and professionals, explaining our offerings, and converting leads into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM

• Qualify leads by understanding their interests, goals, and eligibility for international programs

• Pitch relevant services (counseling, application support, country-specific guides, etc.)

• Coordinate with the counseling and operations team for smooth onboarding

• Follow up consistently to achieve sales targets

• Provide feedback on user queries to improve service and outreach

Requirements:

• Fresher or 1–5 years of inside sales or telesales experience (EdTech, immigration, or overseas consulting preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach

• Ability to explain services clearly and handle objections

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of overseas education or migration processes

• Languages: English (must), Hindi (preferred), regional languages (a plus)

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
