We are looking for experienced and professional Admission Counsellors who can drive enrolments with confidence and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and social media leads

- Provide accurate and comprehensive counselling about courses and career opportunities

- Build trust with students and guide them through the admission process

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets

- Maintain proper CRM records, follow-ups, and reporting

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in Sales / Admission Counselling / Inside Sales

- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills (Hindi & English proficiency preferred)

- Professional appearance and attitude with a goal-oriented mindset

- Ability to handle student objections and close admissions effectively

- Must be available for Work from Office in Bhilai
