Admission Counsellor

• Counsel students (walk-ins, telephonic, or online) regarding course offerings, career pathways, and training outcomes.

• Understand the needs of prospective students and recommend appropriate training programs.

• Convert leads into enrollments by providing accurate and engaging information.

• Maintain follow-ups with potential students via phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp.

• Maintain a record of enquiries, leads, and admissions in CRM systems.

• Conduct orientation sessions for new students and provide ongoing academic guidance.

• Coordinate with trainers and operations teams to support student learning and progress.

• Assist with marketing campaigns, seminars, webinars, and outreach activities.

• Provide timely feedback to management on student concerns, market trends, and competitor activity.

• Ensure all admissions and student documentation is complete and accurate.
