Job location: Rohini sec-8, near Rohini east metro station

Job description:

• Respond to leads generated via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and web inquiries.

• Guide students and working professionals about various Cybersecurity Certification Courses (CEH, CHFI, CompTIA, OSCP, etc.).

• Explain course features, benefits, career scope, and answer queries professionally.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to close admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with the training team to ensure smooth onboarding after enrollment.

• Actively contribute to marketing campaigns and webinars when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in IT, Business, or related fields).

• Fluent in English with strong spoken and written communication skills.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in academic counseling, edtech sales, or telecalling.

• Knowledge or interest in Cybersecurity and IT Education is a strong advantage.

• Proven ability to achieve sales/admission targets.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Comfortable with using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
