Job Summary:
Guide prospective students in choosing the right online degree programs based on their academic background and career goals while driving student enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable online degree programs.
Counsel students on courses, universities, and career opportunities.
Convert leads into enrolments and achieve sales targets.
Maintain lead records and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Support students throughout the admission process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in sales, education counselling, or online degree counselling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Target-oriented mindset and strong customer-handling skills.
